Travis & MiKayla - Wedding

Travis and MiKayla were married at Prairie Winds Event Center in
Orange City, IA, with the reception immediately following indoors.

You never know about the weather in Iowa, and we were surprised it was
so cold for this September wedding!! But everybody made the best of it
and we had a really great time and captured some beautiful memories!!

All morning while we were taking pictures, we weren't sure if it was
going to rain, but it sure was windy! Since Travis and MiKayla decided
to have their wedding outside at the Prairie Winds Event Center, we
were a little worried about what the weather would do - but just as
the ceremony was about to start, the clouds broke, the wind died down,
and it ended up being a beautiful day!

Mikayla's mom attributed the sudden change in weather to Mikayla's
grandma, who passed away not long before the wedding. The couple had a
picture of Mikayla trying her dress on for her grandma so that she
could see it before she passed - cue the tears!!

Even with the unpredictable weather, Travis and MiKayla were troopers
and we ended up having a great day with some wonderful moments! Fall
weddings are always gorgeous, and this was no exception.
