Little Skylar is so near and dear to my heart!! I just so happen to be best friends with her mom! I still remember the day when I was told little Skylar was born, and now she is ONE!! Where does the time go?? Skylar is a spit-fire, social butterfly, and quite the independant little girl. She is so loved by so many people. Enjoy!
